I am presently playing around with this useful app. First...I recommend it. Second...nobody release a perfect first version. Why does changing the program reset the volume to default? I would prefer it stayed at the level I set before changing program. It has three buttons but I would like four. Mute is nice. Changing program is essential. Resetting the program to Automatic is very good (please modify to resetting program while leaving volume untouched), and the forth would be resetting volume (not affecting program). A dream would be an equalizer on one program to customize temporarily before running to your audioprothesist.

Picked up a pair of Phonak Venture 90 Hearing aids on Dec 24 2015 They operate great!! However The enthusiasm to have the app with remote control with the additional very useful programs on my iPhone 6 was extinguished when all the problems with this app were encountered at the hearing specialists office and later during the day that prompted additional service visits. It was determined by the hearing specialist that the app and the streamers were fighting each other and were non functional. All the remedies on the Phonak site to connect were implemented with no resolution and it was decided to delete the app as it had great issues and bugs. The App and streamers did not communicate with each other. This sounded like a great App with very useful programable applications and features !!! Debugging this app would be greatly appreciated so that it works with The IPhone 6 and current models with iOS 9.2 plus I look forward to a refined debugged app. A newly developed more substantial clip streamer for the hearing aids would also be an asset if developed and provided. Rated as a one star for the app as it is in its current state.

I was unable to pair with the streamer and the app at the same time. after many attempts agree this is a usless app.

If I have to have the compilot on me why do I need this? Be nice to know that before I downloaded it.

Just downloaded this and was excited then discovered will not pair with my Compilot. My phone Bluetooth pairs just fine why not this.

Installed the app with an AdeoV and ComPilot2. Setup was easy and went fine. I could change volume and programs, all very clear. But I could not stream phone/music… Only after I paired the ComPilot2 in the iOS BT settings it would work. It’s a pity that Phonak was not able to indicate this in the setup… or I missed it. Apart of that it works great.

Might be a good app but icouldnt get it to pair with iphone 6+ so couldnt get to settings stage. Just kept searching.

This app does not work correctly. I have it connected to my iPhone. The phone works but the controls to my hearing aids do not work correctly

App takes several seconds to sync every time its opened. This is quite annoying, particularly when its still running (double click on off button shows its still running). I would like to see more functions such as changing the function of the hearing aid buttons. It would be nice if one could see the times each program has ran.

Phonak, your App does not work. In my doctors office they could not get the App to work. It would pair with the Compilot Air II but then would get an error saying data is missing from the streaming device and to contact my hearing professional. She called Phonak and the call taker was unable to help us. You need to fix your App. Thanks, Al Jacobson

Has anyone got this app to work. I have tried multiple times to pair this app with the Compilot Air II, but to no avail. Useless!!!

It only unpaired my unit. Could not even get passed the pairing part to see what it could do.

Could not get the app to pair with com pilot. Phone Bluetooth connected but this app did not. Tried many times. I would have to say junk.

Got it to pair but that gets you nowhere. This app does nothing. Waste of time.

Will not connect. Waste of time and energy.

One thing I would love to see, is the ability to mute the microphones on my aids when streaming. I stream music alot and use a FM system in college. This would be very helpful in being able to focus on a professor talking.

Couldnt get the app to pair with iphone6 but compilot2 pairs with iphone6 just fine. Unusable.

I have tried using this app several times but I have never gotten it to pair with the iPhone. The CompiIot will pair with the iPhone but not using the app. I am deleting it because its useless.

My ComPilot II connects my iPhone, iPod Touch, or my iPad Air to my hearing aids consistently. The app is unable to confirm a connection. I did notice that the demo mode requires to select a streaming device, but is not required in the working version. I enabled ComPilot II pairing before telling the app to pair, after telling the app to pair, and tried a couple of times simultaneously. The app does acknowledge if the iOS and ComPilot II are not paired in the Settings. Also, the iPad version is just a non-rotatable Phone version that can be made twice as large.
