Does not work

Phonak, your App does not work. In my doctors office they could not get the App to work. It would pair with the Compilot Air II but then would get an error saying data is missing from the streaming device and to contact my hearing professional. She called Phonak and the call taker was unable to help us. You need to fix your App.
